Terms of service

These terms govern your use of madeinai.eu (“madeinai”, “the service”), a content planning and publishing platform operated from Estonia, in the European Union. By creating an account you agree to them. Contact: [email protected].

The service

madeinai lets you plan, generate, review and publish content to social networks and websites you connect. The service is currently in an early-access phase: features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything published through your workspaces. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Connected platforms

When you connect a social account, you authorize madeinai to publish the content you schedule to that account on your behalf. You must have the right to manage every account you connect, and your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms (for example Meta’s Platform Terms). We may remove a connection if a platform requires it.

Your content

You own the content you create and publish through madeinai. You grant us the technical license needed to store, process and transmit it to the platforms you choose, nothing more. You are responsible for making sure your content is lawful and does not infringe anyone’s rights.

Acceptable use

No spam, no deceptive or unlawful content, no attempts to probe, overload or disrupt the service, and no use of the service to violate a connected platform’s rules. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or content removed or rejected by connected platforms. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time (see the data deletion section of the privacy policy). We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes go to the courts of Estonia.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email before they take effect.
